I created this fun FREE PRINTABLE for you. Just a creative way to partner with The Holy Spirit who speaks life and truth over us. We need fresh encounters with Jesus! God is bringing healing and freedom to our soul. ✝️🩵🌸
Activation: Start off with prayer and gentle worship music. We ask God to make us sensitive to His move in us, captivated by His voice and aware of how He sees us. God’s voice will always aligned to The Word Of God. Draw what you see, feel or hear God speaking to you. You were created in his own image, in a way that reflects God’s character. I pray that you will see yourself the way God sees you!
Testimony: I know of a young girl who growing up, her father would often highlight her mistakes. Instead of bringing healthy correction he would shame her and punish her harshly. She ended up coming into agreement with the words spoken over her by her Father, causing low self esteem. We were praying and the Holy Spirit started to minister to her. She began to cry in the presence of the Lord. God was washing every lie and speaking truth over her. God told her, “I don’t see the worst in you, but what I love about you.” She was also reminded how he God sent His only son Jesus to take our sins away. This was evidence of how much He wanted her and loves her. He continued to speak identity over her. She began to draw herself the way God sees her. She drew even the things she once didn’t like about her face. She chose to forgive her father and we walked through it together.
How does God see you? Know God’s truth so you don’t believe the lies of the enemy. The Word of God is your weapon! When arrows of painful words come and attack our identity it causes self rejection, insecurities, comparison and self-hate. Those words spoken over us can start to shift the way we see ourself. We start to believe those lies and slowly start to act like those words that have been released. “I need to do this so I can be accepted.” “I need more of that so I can be pretty.” The enemy’s goal is take us off course from our destiny by attacking our identity.
You are not who they say you are but who God says you are. You were created in his own image, in a way that reflects God’s character, nature and creativity. We are to walk in relationship with God. Be confident in what God says over you and recognize how He sees you! 🩵
Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
In Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them”
